It's Yoga Time

I have been doing yoga for 10 years now and love it. Yoga is a gentle and restorative exercise for the body, mind and spirit. In fact, yoga is Sanskrit for union. It is a practice of unifying the body, mind and spirit to bring about greater health. It’s sort of like one stop holistic fitness shopping.
